Welcome
YRR listed on the ASX on 21st February 2007. The company was formed to consolidate mining tenements that are prospective for vanadium and uranium. Since listing on the ASX, the company has acquired a number of mining tenements located in both Western Australia and the Northern Territory that are highly prospective for uranium.
World Class Vanadium resource - Assays from drilling campaigns carried out in July 2007 and March 2008 at Yellow Rock Resources Gabanintha Vanadium project have identified a world class deposit of approximately 90mt of Vanadiferous material in a Magnetite host (Magnetite, Titanium and Vanadium)
As a consequence of these drilling programmes a new, hanging wall ore zone was recently identified between the surface and the massive high grade resource. This new ore zone will not only increase the total tonnage of the deposit but by reducing the overburden it will reduce the mining costs as saleable ore is closer to the surface. The Gabanitha Vanadium project is still open at depth and it's size could be increased with further exploration.

Mission and Objectives
The Company’s mission is to increase shareholder wealth through capital growth and dividends by the discovery of economic mineral deposits and the development of profitable mining operations. The Company’s initial objective is to explore and further evaluate their existing mining tenements. The Company may also evaluate other prospective mining projects that would have the potential to contribute to the Company’s future growth.
Opportunities to acquire other mineral projects complementary to the Company’s present tenement portfolio may be pursued.
Full details of the Company’s exploration portfolio are detailed in the Independent Geologist’s Report included in Section 8 of the Prospectus.
